Chapel Gift Experience

Not valid on Friday and Saturday Evenings.
The recipient of the gift can choose which experience they wish to use at their leisure.
Valid for 10 months. from purchase date.
Once they expire, Vouchers can be extended for another 12 months for a £15 admin fee by calling Chapel 1877 on 02920 222020.
Some experiences may be seasonal and not on available all year round.
Not valid with any other offer or promotion.
The voucher has no cash value.
Not Valid for redemption during December nor event dates such as Rugby International days, Valentine’s day, Millennium stadium event dates, etc.
Additional guests can be added to each package for a surcharge as follows Silver:£20pp, Gold:£40pp Platinum:£70pp
Must call to book in advance, Gift Experiences will not be accepted on the day without booking.
48 hour cancellation policy applies to all bookings, the voucher will be forfeited in the event of not giving notice or not attending on the booked date.
10% discretionary service charge based on the total value of the bill will be added to the final bill of the user.
Management decision is final.

Steaks carry a supplement in the Silver and Gold packages
If package includes welcome drink, this is a medium glass of house wine or pint of Lager / beer of choice or house spirit with a mixer.
Menus are subject to change and do change seasonally.
Steaks and some premium dishes will incur a £6 supplement direct to the user.
‘2 course’ can be a starter and main or a main and dessert.
Sunday Lunches are served Sundays 12 - 4pm all year round. (Excludes Mothers day, Fathers day etc)
7 Course taster menu only runs Monday to Thursdays with last available bookings at 7pm excluding some event dates and does not run in December this experience may take up to 3 hours.
Afternoon tea will run 12pm - 4pm Monday - Friday, Afternoon tea may not run on Saturdays or Sundays and may be seasonal please call to enquire. Afternoon tea will not be available to book until Feb 2017 onwards

Cocktail experiences are 4 cocktails each of house choice which consists of 1 cocktail on arrival and hands on making of a further 3 cocktails. Lasts from 1 hour to 2 hours depending on numbers.
Gin / Whisky tasting experience include 5 different spirits of house choice and last from 40 mins to 80 mins depending on group sizes. Group sizes are usually 4 - 12 people.
Drinks Experiences may run on specific days, typically a Sunday afternoon and a Thursday evening. For larger groups by arrangement. Call to book and check availability.
Gin and Whisky tasting will not be available to book until Feb 2017 onwards
What information is required if you call / purchase online.
When you call to purchase your voucher you will be asked to make payment using your credit or debit card, and select which method of postage you would prefer.
You can purchase gift experiences on our website at www.chapel1877.com and pay via online payment.
We will need the name of the recipient and the address of who you wish to send it to. (Purchaser or the recipient). We will also need the phone number of both the purchaser and the recipient if possible.

The gift experience can be posted out to you standard delivery, This will usually be posted to you with 48 hours of your order. If you need a fast delivery please call us. We strongly recommend that you opt for recorded delivery for an extra £6 which will then also include a surprise gift. The £6 postage charge must be paid at the time of purchase.
