STARTERS

Sweet potato chilli and rosemary soup, crème fraiche

Free range chicken liver parfait, orange butter, Chapel chutney, toasted brioche

Smoked mackerel and horseradish pate, Melba toast, watercress

Bruschetta of grilled figs, goat’s cheese, wild flower honey and pine nuts

MAINS

8oz grilled British sirloin steak, portabella mushroom, grilled vine tomato,

Chapel chips, green pepper corn sauce

Pan fried Anglesey sea bass fillet, creamed potato, samphire, warm crab and brown shrimp dressing

Roast Barbary duck breast, sticky beetroot braised red cabbage, fondant potato,

 calvados and thyme jus

Red pepper, sun blushed tomato, spinach and quinoa stuffed courgette, wild rocket and pesto

(all main courses served with seasonal vegetables)

DESSERTS

Dark chocolate and chilli torte, vanilla mascarpone

Hazelnut praline crème brulee, choc chip cookies

Sticky toffee pudding, salted butterscotch sauce, caramel ice cream

Selection of Welsh and European cheeses, quince jelly
