MAINS

8oz British sirloin steak, portabella mushroom, grilled plum tomato,

Chapel chips and green pepper corn sauce

Pan fried sea bass fillet, lemon and dill mash, samphire, salsa Verdi

Braised Welsh shank of lamb, bubble and squeak, pan jus

Autumn vegetable, couscous and brie strudel, roast tomato sauce, rocket

(All main courses are served with seasonal vegetables)
