Grilled 227g sirloin steak, portabella mushroom, grilled tomato,

Whole grilled lemon sole, Meuniere butter, new potatoes

Confit and roasted pork belly, colcannon potato cake, cider jus

Red onion and goats cheese tart tian, rocket balsamic glaze
