MAINS

Grilled 227g sirloin steak, portabella mushroom, grilled tomato,

Chips, green Pepper corn and brandy sauce

Whole grilled lemon sole, brown shrimp, chilli and lemon butter, new potatoes

Roast corn fed chicken breast, fondant potato, winter greens, jus

Baked aubergine, tomato, smoked mozzarella, rocket
