STARTERS

Soup of the day, grilled sour dough

Free-range chicken liver parfait, Chapel chutney, toasted brioche

Severn and Wye smoked salmon, shaved fennel and rocket salad, rye crisps

Duck rillette, pickled vegetables, grilled ciabatta

Heritage tomato, buffalo mozzarella, avocado and basil salad

MAINS

Roast rump of Welsh lamb, scorched gem lettuce, Parmentier potatoes, fine beans, black olives and tomato

Free-range Label Rouge chicken stuffed with boudin noire, spring onion and potato cake, stout sauce

Whole grilled lemon sole, new potatoes, pink peppercorn, lemon and dill butter

Grilled 227g sirloin steak, portabella mushroom, vine tomato

Chapel chips, green peppercorn and brandy sauce

Couscous and feta stuffed peppers, spiced tomato sauce, wild rocket and balsamic

DESSERTS

Pistachio crème brûlée, ginger snap biscuits

Coffee porter, maple and pecan

Vanilla panna cotta, poached rhubarb, ginger, sesame brittle

MON-WED LUNCHTIME BOOKINGS
The restaurant is unavailable during this time. Lunchtime bookings made between Mon-Wed will be allocated to the bar regardless of what is chosen on the booking form.

BOOKING RESTRICTIONS
Online bookings are limited to 14 guests and is unavailable Friday and Saturday evenings. Your booking must be at least 24hrs in advance. Please call 02920 22 20 20 to book outside these restrictions.
